- How can I book a Tour or Excursion with you?
Very easy, after choosing the Tour or the Excursion you can click directly on the button that you will find on the right column of the excursion page, or by visiting the booking page, by filling out the form with all the mandatory data.
You will then send a reservation request, we will contact you within 1 hour to define the details and possibly confirm the reservation.
There is no obligation, we do not ask for any advance payment. - What types of electric bicycles do you offer for rent?
We mainly offer MTB e-bikes (Mountain Bike) and electric mountain bikes. MTB e-bikes are suitable for tackling challenging terrain and electric mountain bikes are ideal for less technical itineraries. The model is the MEGAMO RIDON HT with an aluminum frame.

Electric bicycles can be rented at our rental point located in the Alcantara Valley, in Sicily at the Gole Alcantara (Google Maps). - What are the requirements to rent an electric bicycle?
To rent an electric bicycle, you must be of legal age and present a valid identity document. We also require a security deposit which will be returned upon return of the bicycle in good condition. - Do you offer guided tours and excursions?
Yes, we offer guided tours and excursions both in the Alcantara Valley and on the Etna volcano. Our tours are suitable for all skill levels and offer an exciting experience to explore the beautiful nature of Sicily. - Is an advance payment required to book a bike or a tour?
No, we do not require any prepayment to book a bike or a tour. Payment will be made upon collection of the bicycles or before the start of the tour. We guarantee a flexible payment policy and free cancellation. - What are the cancellation policies?
We offer free cancellation for bike and tour bookings. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can handle the situation in the best possible way. - Do you provide additional equipment such as helmets and accessories?
Yes, we provide helmets and other safety accessories as part of the bike rental service. The safety of our customers is a priority, therefore it is essential to wear a helmet while using the bicycles to ensure a safe experience. We also provide maps and guides to help you navigate through routes and areas of interest. - What should I do in case of technical problems during the rental?
In the event of technical problems with the rented bicycle, we will take care of replacing or repairing the E-MTB. We will do our best to solve the problem on the spot or, if necessary, provide you with a replacement bike. - What happens in case of bad weather during a tour or excursion booking?
In the event of inclement weather during a tour or excursion booking, we closely monitor the weather conditions and evaluate safety. If weather conditions make impossible to carry out the activity safely, we will contact you to agree on an alternative solution or to schedule a new date. - Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, we accept group bookings. If you are interested in booking for a group of people, please contact us in advance to check availability and discuss specific details of your requirements. Or directly make a booking request for the desired excursion, we will contact you within 1 hour - Do you offer transfer services to and from our hotel?
We can organize a transfer service for you, but this must be paid for separately. Everything must be organized in advance, so we invite you to contact us a few days before to be able to book the transfer. - What are the safety rules to follow when using electric bicycles?
Please respect the traffic rules and follow the safety guidelines when using electric bicycles. Always wear a helmet, respect the speed limits, pay attention to obstacles on the road and use the safety devices provided, such as lights and bells. - What is the maximum duration of the rental of electric bicycles?
